
Ten foods that harm our health
Our body depends on what we eat, and not all foods bring us benefits, as some are harmful to health.

1. Sausages

3. Drinks with sugar
The consumption of sugary drinks has increased considerably year by year.

7. Ice cream

8. Juices nectar

9. Sweets
